I have a new foster coming. . .

Female tabby, pregnant, due perhaps in a couple weeks. Yup, at the pound, wearing a collar, but not claimed. . .poor girl. She is at the vet, where we will have tests run, treat what needs to be done, find out aprox age, due date and about how many kittens we can expect.

I still have the mother foster from the last time around. . .just moved and are scary busy, but how could i say no?

So please pray for us. . Especially my dh. . . He doesnt exactly know yet. . Heh. . .i will make him very happy and in a great mood, then i will tell him. . Any advice on how to break the news?

The last pups that we fostered. When Pepe got home from work, I told him Ethel had called from the shelter about fostering two of them...He said "no"...my response "too late, I already agreed" :D

He will recover I'm sure....thankyou for taking on yet another kitteh in need :)

Oooh that sounded bad. . . I meant, i will be nice, and sweet, i wont nag, i will cook dinner, do dishes, then casualy say. . Oh btw. . . . . Then i will add that we will pay the vet bill. . . I do usually pay, as they charge as little as they can, want to try and help them to save more.

L4h, sounds so similar. . The foster girl we still have, he loves, he calls her mr. Catopeus sir, and feeds her at a chair at the table, and we must talk to her like royalty, pathetic for a man that hates cats, if someone applies for her i bet he will say she is not going anywhere. . . .

She really has nowhere to go. . . She will stay at the vet until we can be comfortable that she is healthy, i am going to go meet her this p.m. I cannot wait to love on her and tell her she is safe and loved, and important. I love kittens, but i do this for the mothers, the stories and pain they forever carry in their eyes just gets me, it is the mommas i want to save and wish i could tell them the pain is over, they are loved and valued now.

Whoever owned her better wish they dont meet me in a dark ally, how they lay their head on their pillow not knowing where their cat is i will never understand, knowing she would be p.t.s. . . . . Why does this happen? To the most fragile and innocent, i am ashamed to admit i am human.

Hahahaha rotflmao! Seriously girls, i want the cat, but that sounds like to much work. .

I went to meet her, and have a couple long scratches on my arm to show for it. What a terrified little girl. Hope i can get her here soon so she can settle first vet thinks 2 maybe 3 and delivery 7 to 10 days. . My non pro opinion? 3 babies, delivery in 5 to 7 days. . . . We shall see, she is for sure closer than the people at the pound thought, probably cuz she is so small. Dont know if this is her first or not, thinking she is about 4, but small!

Yup, sounds like she will need a home environment to ensure her she and her kittens will do well.
