Well DH and I went to Montreal for 3 nights and had a wonderful time! I have to say I really really enjoyed it! We were able to take in quite a few of the wonderful sights like the Basillica, the Biodome, Olympic Stadium, Biosphere, Casino Montreal , Palace of Justiceand the most amazing spot was the Old Port! I loved it! So many unique buildings and cobble stone streets….on our last evening we took a 4 hour dinner cruise around Montreal and that was really nice! Dinner was a little expensive but we had a great time!
My favorite memory will be meeting up with LP! She is just as amazing in person as you all know her here! And the best part of that visit was getting to meet all of her wonderful and gorgeous fur and human kids! Tyler, Sandman and DH were very kind to both of us! Tyler really cracked us up!
If you all think Lucky is handsome in the picture form you must see him in person! OMG I am in love! He is simply a perfect gentleman and I think he liked DH….Then there was Miss Penny! She had us in stitches….she is a bundle of energy and LP I am not sure how you keep up with her alone! She was a LAPDOG in a previous life I am sure! She hopped up on my lap when I had my head turned and we all had a good laugh! She actually sat at the dining room table like a human!
Then there was Miss Ava a perfect gal! Just wanted her pats and rubs! Truly a gentle soul!
On to miss Jasmine who I thought was a perfect lady! She is making huge strides and LP you WILL BE successful….she is a tiny little miss but certainly a cutie pie! (I think LP’s DH is a bit smitten with Jasmine! LP was talking to us and her DH was having this cute convo with Jasmine !! it was cute)
The sweet gentle Toby certainly left himself a spot on my heart! He was just so perfect! I cannot even imagine why someone would have let this awesome dog go! LP you are wonderful for giving him happiness and you can tell he is truly happy with your gang!
Thank you LP for being such a wonderful host and it was really an honor to meet you and your gang!
Frenchy and Benmax I am soooo sorry we couldn’t meet up but it was so late by the time we got to LP’s that we were both exhausted. I don’t know if she told you but we missed a cut off and then our GPS re routed us but when we got to a certain part on the re route we appeared to be in a corn field…honestly it was a road but it was a very narrow gravel road…anyway we took the road and it went for a few kilometers and then all of a sudden as its getting dark we come across a road closed and boulders blocking the road…we managed to maneuver around them and continue on and it did eventually bring us out to a main street and eventually on to LP’s…we were a little freaked out let me tell you….I had heels on and didn’t feel like walking through a farmers field if anything happened!!!:)
We will definitely be coming back because we had such a great time! So we will have to plan it better and get together…..
I will post some of our pics…we have been having camera trouble and a lot of the pics we took did not come out. I mamaged to find a utility that can recover pictures from a digital camera if they are corrupt. So we ended up with a few…
