I didn't read the article but I did see it on the news. Was very surprise how they said that , chow chows , bassets and beagles are the least intelligent breeds :confused:

Every Beagle I have known has been too cheeky not to be smart, they steal food off of your plate, train the cat to knock food off of the counter, there is not a door in the kitchen they can't open...if that is not smart, then what is :confused:.......Now Bassets...that's debatable :laughing:

Oh, you bet! They didn't spend enough time talking about how the average dog is plenty smart enough to train the average adult human without the human ever catching on! :laughing:
