Sooo, Keelys and I speant some time outside training! ..My biggest fear is that someday she will get out and chace a rabbit and never come back. Shes done it before, but we got her back..
There was a bunny in the yard, so i put her on a loooong leash and we went outside. and When she caught sight of the rabbit she got tense to the point her ears were shaking... I Said "Sit STAY" And hooked her on to a tree.. And walked towards the bunny.. She didnt move she just sat there, tensed up and looking at me and the rabbit.. The rabbit took off and she STILL stayed! Normally she would have freaked and went after it.. Its a small step. And Im not sure what I SHOULD be doing to kinda, Desensatize her to rabbits.. Even enough so that when I says stay when she catches sight of them she stays.. I dont care if she stares or whatever.. She got a big reward for behaving :P
