They probably have no power, internet etc..

yep. my mom's in florida and she called -- no power. it might be back on now, but they probably have a lot of other stuff to take care of before they get back here... hopefully we'll hear from them soon!

Yeah..we had a hurricane last Sept in Nova Scotia the worst I have ever seen here ...no power, no anything for a week. I do feel for them. Looks like they got it much worse. Hopefully they will all be up and running before too long..

I'll put this website on here for everybody. Someone else posted it last month and it is really impressive. Their whole purpose is to rescue animals. I imagine there will be a big need in Florida.

I am actually heading to Richmond Virginia for 3 weeks on Monday for work - I'm a little concerned but I cannot imagine what these people living there are going through! God Bless! :)
