Pee problems

Hi Guys...I have a 3 month old Golden Retriever who pees all over the house even tho she is let out at least every 3 hours...She is kennel trained but will occasionally pee in her kennel...The vet put her on antibiotics for an infection and she is now on meds to strengthen her sphincter(??) muscles which should've worked almost right away but a week later it is doing nothing...She pees EVERYWHERE! HELP!!

If the dog has incontinence (no pee control) and is on meds as you say, then get some doggie heat diapers until the medical issues have cleared up.
