sick cat wat to do?

my kitty is a yr old is puking wont eat and is sluggish he has lumps in his tummy but doesnt seem sore, any ideas?

ok, serious, your kitty does not seem well.. it is your child, what would you do with your human child if it was puking, not eating, lethargic, and had lumps in their tummy? You are responsible for your baby, you are all it has. Please take it to the vet asap.
