Irish Setter with Spondylosis

Hello from the UK!

Seamus has Spondylosis which has been helped by hydrotherapy and acupuncture, the knuckling of his rear feet is getting worse and affectin his getting up and balance as his feet are not flat to the ground. Does anyone have any suggestions ? perhaps some sort of splints to hold the feet flat ??

I'm afraid that I have no advice for you, though. :o Three of our eight English Setters have spondylosis, but are currently asymptomatic. We've been giving them glucosamine/chondroitin supplements, hoping to stave off symptoms, but we won't know for years yet if we've been successful.
