Hi
I finally did it!! I talked it over with hubs and I have put my name in to foster kittens.
I called the lady tonight and asked what was required and told her that I would be willing to foster a couple of kittens, just not six at a time as I'm new at this. LOL
She remembers me from adopting O'Shawnessy and Mirabelle last September and told me she would put my name down. Whether she will or not cause of my eye sight I don't know, but I sure hope she will. At least I have called and told her that I'm very willing.
I had expected that we would have to pay for food and kitty litter, but she told me no, that the group does. She said also that the kittens are vet checked first and given shots if they are old enough. But that they aren't checked for feline aids and leukemina. That has me a bit worried but we will see.
So that is my news! Now we just wait and see. :D:D
