A dog in motion

We had our first visit to my favourite beach yesterday. I'm still not confident enough to let Nolie off leash so we played with a long line (45ft) which was pretty good except for a couple of times when I just about lost my fingers cause I had the bright idea to grab the rope mid zooomie (now I know why they say in long line training, when the dog is dragging the line NEVER grab the rope, even if you are tempted ;))

it was a beautiful evening, seeming like spring was actually here :thumbs up but, Nolie managed to find some signs of our lingering winter :frustrated:

Nolie is doing great and I can't wait to let her crazy zoomies have their way with the world someday (when she can be off leash), for now, i'm getting a good workout and we are doing the best we can to keep everyone entertained :cloud9: It is so hard to take pictures though, she is a bit of a handful and I have to give her 100% of my attention or risk being caught up in a zoomie and being dragged off down the beach :laughing:

The Second Law of Canine Motion states that the amount of force on Mom's arm as she attempts to grab the rope is equal to the mass of the Canine times said Canine's acceleration.

The Third states that Mom's arm exerts an equal but opposite force upon the Canine unless said Canine is in the process of pulling said Mom across the beach. :D
