Hi - happy to have found this board

I am a new cat owner, we adopted Izzy from our local shelter, she had been there a year, I don't get it, she is the BEST cat. Ok so I may be a little biased, but seriously, I dont understand why she was there so long. :shrug: She is almost 2 and just a wonderful girl.

Anyway, like I said I'm a new cat owner, we are figuring this out together, so I'll be looking around here for lots of tips and adivce.

Welcome to the forum. We love pictures. Good of you to adopt her. Some cats at our rescue get adopted within a week, others stay around for a year even two. Black and white and black cats are always the last to be adopted, for some strange reason? Enjoy her.
