Hey everyone!
I know I have been away for a long time - I'm sorry! In my other life I'm a bride to be, and it's taken over my life! The good news is that I'm finally tying the knot in a month, so I should be back to normal (and back to pets.ca) after that - if you'll have me of course!
I wanted to fill you in on what's going on with my furries..
Jake and  Alley are still getting along fine. Our little Ethel is still in her own room. We took her off of the Clomicalm as it wasn't doing anything for her aggression problems, and she actually seems much happier - she's playing a LOT more, and so we'll just keep it going day by day. Once things calm down around our household we'll try to keep up the introductions.. There's still a lot of hissing and growling going on (mostly by tough guy Alley), but I'm hoping there will be a light at the end of the tunnel (it's a LONG tunnel).
As for my stray Pickles - well, she raced into our garage on Saturday night and in the wee hours got to celebrate Mother's Day without even being a year old :yell: She gave birth to three kittens - unfortunately one of them didn't make it :rip: The other two seem to be doing fine, so we're caring for the brood and hoping that we can find homes yet again for the kittens. Pickles has them in the drawers of a cabinet in there.
We're going to try and get more of the neighbourhood cats fixed - money has been crazy tight right now, but I can't stand to watch these cycles continue! It makes me so sad for these little guys..
Anyway, hope things are well for all of you - I will promise to do my best to check in with all of you and catch up on all that I've missed!
p.s if this posted twice I'm sorry - it's been awhile! :o
