Please help

I have two Jack's and a labradoodle. The doodle is the latest addition, has been a year now. The jack's are 3yrs.
My female jack has always had a nervous bladder but now it's every day, 3-4 times a day. Any situation, happy, scared, play, in response to command.
If you stand over her, if the cat swings at her, a dog wants to play.
No infection. If we just had her, then it would be easy to handle avoiding situations, but with 2 other dogs, two cats, two kids..... it's hard to get specific, dedicated one on one. What would best approach be to dealing with this situation?
Note: she always wants to be with us (family members) but we don't want her on the bed, the sofa, chairs..... because of the good possibility of her having an accident.

Here are a bunch of links on handling submissive/excitement urination. Hope they help!
