Are dog owners allowed to bring their dogs to dog shows if they are not in competition? There is one in Windsor, Ontario this weekend but I can't see any information as to whether non-competing dogs can attend.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

While I can't speak specifically to the show in Windsor - generally speaking, the answer is No.

I'm in Windsor and haven't heard anything about a dog show. Could you please let me know where it is being held and when it starts. Thanks

Any of the shows I've gone to, only the competitors are allowed to bring their dogs.

Chilver,It's at St. Clair College this Saturday and Sunday. It's been poorly advertised. I wonder if this is how dog shows are all managed.
Here's a link to a pdf with the details.

when they have the two dog shows around Cornwall they always say "no dogs allowed"

same thing here, only dogs that are competing, or owned by competiters. I have brought a puppy that was not showing just to kennel to get used to it, but as spectators the general rule is no. But they are still mega fun to go and watch!
