Miniature Schnauzer--Crazy/ Hyper

Every time I take him out, he's always out of control and running around everywhere while on leash. Does not listen anymore and bites all the time. Don't know what to do.

It takes a lot of patience to deal with a hyper pet. He must be all excited to see the things outside. Teach you dog obedience command first. Reward him everytime he listens to you. Ignore him when he is hyper and praise him when he is calm. Do not yell at him when he gets too excited, this wil just make things worse because you are giving him attention. What kind of collar are you using? If you're using a harness on him right now, I highly suggest you take it off. Harness's only instill pulling, and therefore a dog will not be diswayed from doing his own thing while on leash and ignoring you.
