My cat has been scratching alot, and he has developed some sores around his neck. I've looked to see if he has flees, and I never see any, what could this be and how do I get it to GO AWAY?

You need to have your vet take a look so that it can be treated properly. moontamara July 28th, 2004, 11:11 PM Is your cat an outdoor pet? If you live somewhere with a lot of flies, that could be it. If that's the case, your cat will need medication from the vet, but at least it isn't serious. sammiec July 29th, 2004, 08:28 AM Please take your kitty to the vet, a general visit coud cost about 50 bucks, it's better than your kitty getting an infection due to scratching constantly. heidiho July 29th, 2004, 11:03 AM call your vet/////////////// sammiec July 29th, 2004, 11:08 AM call your vet/////////////// LOL, what are those lines for? :D I see them alot when you post.
