Cat shaking her head involuntarily

My ragdoll has began to shake her head involuntarily the vet has found no reason for this.
What could be the problem am very worried.

Is it constant or sporadic? How do her eyes look - are they moving back and forth, dilated?

Could be the start of an early ear infection?

How old is she?
Whats her diet?
What kind of tests did the vet run on her?

I would definitely get a second opinion from a second vet!
