Salmon Bleu dry food?

Am thinking of trying Addiction's Salmon Bleu dry food. I currently already my dog some fish in his diet but am interested in introducing this food as part of his rotation diet as it looks good to me. Any opinions would be helpful thanks!

It looks okay but I like the ingredients in Orijen 6 Fish (http://www.championpetfoods.com/orijen/products/ORIJEN6FISH.aspx) better.

If I'm feeding my dog a fish-based dry food, would it be overdoing it if I also give some fresh fish? My dog is on a rotation diet and gets home-cooked in addition to the dry Salmon Bleu. Thanks!
