bites? help?

so my dog has all these bumps on his back
like bites
and well there all scabbed.
but i was just wondering what you thought they might be.
we are taking him to the vet in 2 days, but just want to see other ppls opinions.
there all over his back

but they are under his kair so i cant really see anything

Maybe a flea allergy.
