Im currently at my aunts house, and her neighbors yellow lab who is keely's BEST friend, came over into the garage and they played together :) Unfortunatly he is Very overweight:sad: At 7 years old he Shouldnt even be alive! nThe vet gave him 5 months tol live, and that was 2 years ago!! (He drank anti-freeze. The vet wanted him to be PTS the day he ate it! But other then being extremely over weight and having a bit of athritis, hes pretty healthy and normal.. The neighbors new daughter is Deathly allergic to him and he sleeps in my aunts garage during the night on an old couch and hes an outside dog during the day  I love the boy alot!

So heres the special boy, named Harley! And Of course, his GF Keely!

The gorgous boy <3

Go fetch the ball guys!

Don't look at me!

Look Pretty Guys!

Not sure what keely doing here?

Frenchy... Ive gotten so upset about his weight ive lectured his owners until i was in tears. But they still Wont listen. Ive offered to take care of him for a while and try to help get the weight off ( I dont see why theyd care about him leaving home for a while, they dont do ANYTHINg with him, he doesnt even be in their house and he sleeps in my aunts house ) It kills me When i throw him the ball and he'll run after it once and just lie down because he's soooo tired

Thanks frenchy. I have to say, looking at the pictures he doesnt look half as fat as he accually is  He looks WAY worse then that. It sucks that a dog that should live to be 15-16 years old is going to leave the earth so darn early. I cant see him making it to nine years old

A handsome boy :lovestruck: despite the weight concern . Do you live close enough to take him for a walk everyday w/Keely? :fingerscr

They look cute together. That's terrible about Harley. I just don't understand why someone would have a dog just to keep it in the yard and not even share their life with them.

Such cute pics!!! That's great that you guys can at least play with him once in a while to give that poor boy some much needed attention. I will never understand why people like that even have a dog. :( He looks very happy to be playing though! That's great you can do that much at least!

What a shame. Labs thrive on companionship and they sure aren't giving him any. :wall:

Thank goodness you and Keely are able to give Harley a little bit of enjoyment in his life. :thumbs up He must be so happy to see you arrive. :cloud9:
