New Bagle hound owner in SF Bay Area

Hi everyone! Found this board through google and it looks fantastic!

Sullivan is an 8 month old beagle/basset hound mix with lots and I mean LOTS of energy. I adopted him 6 months ago and he has learned a few things (he can sit and lay down) but we are still having other training problems (walking on a leash, destroying EVERYTHING in the house). I hope to get help here!

Hello and welcome. Oh boy, a hound mix during his "teenager" years.....
For starters, I would recommend a good routine, rules, and exercise.
