Wow, I am surpirsed that this has not been posted yet.

Although It makes me sick that this guy only got what he got, but I am happy that Cyrus's foster family can now adopt him.

With what this guy got, I also believe that he should have his name registered/photo picture of this guy in all of the animal shelters, in both Canada and the states...but that is just me.
