On July 14th, 2004, in the Woodstock area in New Brunswick, Canada my daughter's female cockatiel flew out a window. She answers to the name of Teelia and is very tame. She may come to you to be fed, but is probably very scared. We Love her very much and miss her terribly.

We are offering a reward for her safe return home or information that leads to her safe return. If you have her or you know someone who has captured her please contact my daughter at: 506-325-2864 (home), 506-324-0094 (cell), 506-328-3332 (work) or me at: 506-246-8233.

PLEASE help save a little life and return her home to her family!!!!!! :(

Have you put posters all over the neighbourhood? Have you tried taking her cage outside and calling her? Sometimes birds will come to their cages.

If you know anyone else who has a cockatiel, you can try taking that bird outside too. Sometimes the calls of another cockatiel will draw the lost one. You could use a tape of the calls too.

You can try local pet stores too, in case someone took her there.

I advise you not to put the amount of the reward up, and I've edited it out of your post. There are very unkind people out there who could use that to either not give your bird back, or to ask for more.

I hope you find your little birdie!!
