That is a great article, it's so sad to think what these poor pups go through every day. I am betting that it is the same, if not worse in Quebec because the laws there are almost non-existent.

Very good article. I will pass it on to anyone I know who is thinking of buying a dog from a "breeder" or elsewhere.
I kinda wish they had elaborated on all of the puppies and dogs in the local shelter, waiting for homes. :sad:
