Mimi feeling lighter

Whoo, it's not easy managing three cats!

I got Mimi about two months ago.

Two months ago:

-Free-feeding on friskies kibble
-16 pounds
-Unable to clean her rear
-Very sluggish and inactive

Today:

-Two meals of Innova Evo kibble daily :thumbs up
-15 pounds
-Able to clean her rear :thumbs up
-Livelier and able to chase my other cats around :D

I'm trying to switch her to canned, but she just won't touch the stuff. She even turns her nose up at canned salmon! I'm a bit frustrated about that, but I am glad that she is losing weight on the new kibble, at least.

One pound in two months is pretty good, I think.

I weigthed the other cats for fun.

Chinook: 10 pounds
Erin: 9 pounds (itty bitty adult kitty!)

Judging from Mimi's size, her normal weight should be between 10-12 pounds. I'd say in a year from now, she will be as sleek as the other two.

Bluedrake, you cannot tell us about a new sleek Mimi and no pictures, but it's good she's losing some weight, slow is he way to go..
My Vinnie was 18lb's and he is also slowly losing some, but he eats Wellness canned 3 times/day and loves it.

Oh, sorry about the lack of pictures, but my camera is busted, so no pictures until it's fixed or I get a new one.

Besides, she looks awful right now. Her lion cut is only half-grown back, so she looks pretty silly.

Woo Hoo for Mimi!!! Maybe I should try her diet!:laughing:
I think slow and steady wins the race. A pound at a time. :thumbs up
