No Frenchy. This is the greeting I get every time I go in. The entry gate is on the right corner. Normally by the time I get to it I have to gently push cats out of the way so I can get in.
I don't know if they are happy to see me or if it's the food. :rolleyes:

It's a funny thing with these guys. They don't seem to like being too far away from each other. At night if I shine a light over you can see all these eyes lit up in a line. So cute!!

Tails up saying hi? Neat to know! I thought that meant they were hungry and wanting food. If that's the case they say hi a lot!!! :D

Yep, tails up means Hi, happy to see you. Could be the food that's the reason why they're happy to see you, but you'll notice them do it when food isn't in the picture at all too.

Yep, they do. I was watching them today actually. Mylee's tail is up all the time. She is a very happy kitty. TT's is too. Dale's is a lot of the time. The other kittens in the house are a little more reserved.
Outside my big guys usually do run around with their tails up. As soon as I start going over they come running to the gate, tails waving. I guess I just never thought of that before.
Gee, even a crazy ol' cat lady can learn something, huh? :D

It's a nice thing to know when introducing new cats as well. If the new cat or the existing cats have their tails up, it means they're going to accept one another rather readily, or if the introductions are going to take some time, when you finally do see the tails come up as they greet each other, it's a wonderful sign.
