Hi
I am looking for my black and white cat. He was last seen on Evangeline street , next to Briand and Ouiment, in the

city of Vaudreuil. He has a black collar with a gold bell. His name is Willy and he is an indoor cat. If anyone has seen

him or picked him up, can you please contact me .

I have included a picture of Willy.

So far no news. Had some stupid kids call me up saying they killed my cat.
I have been going for a walk at night calling for him.
I am so sad, can`t imagine that he is not home with me.
I put an ad in our local newspaper, hopefully someone finds him or picked him up.
Is there is anyone out there that can help me????

Have you visited local shelters/pounds.. Some pounds will pick up a dog/cat and euthanize it within a couple of days if it isnt reclaimed.. You have to check all of them in person, if you call and ask them if they had seen one they might say no, even if they have.. please check!

 I hope Willy finds his way home soon......I am not one of the cat people, but I am sure many will be online soon to tell you how to help find your kitty.

I'll keep my eyes open on the Montreal Craigslist and Kijiji site for any found cats for you.

I hope Willy is found safe and sound. :grouphug:

Thank you so much everyone for the support.
So far I have posted posters, in food stores on the streets.
I have talked to the local pound so far no cats have been turned in.
Posted ad in local newspaper that is passing tomorrow and saturday.
I've posted on this site and on http://cascaorg.com.

I've walked the streets around 9 pm calling his name.. and nothing.
I have been leaving food out at night which I've caught other cats eating.

I pray that he comes back home, safe!!!

Again , if anyone has info, please call me @ ***-***-****.
Many thanks..

Grisou my second cat misses him sooooo much.

Good day,

I feel for you, my cat is the other black and white cat missing in Vaudreuil "Downy" whom went missing 25-May-2008. I have to repost my add because something went wrong when I tried to add a picture. I have also called all the vets as well as the pounds and SPCA and if you look all around I have put pictures up too (mailboxes, J.E. Mondou, Canadian Tire etc.)- luckily he is microchipped. On another note, the newspaper will put an add in the paper for free. Downy was in the French papers Wed and Sat and Downy will now be in Your Local Journal this week.

Yes, I had an idiot phone me too "ha ha - just a joke" - dumb moron though I just *69 his number and called him back a few times to remind him he was a dill wad. - really nasty to pull that kind of a joke on anyone looking for a lost animal.

Good luck and I'll keep my eyes open. I live on Karine and Ouimet.

Sandy

Don't give up! If your posters are getting ripped down, replace them. I've never offered a reward myself but it may help, don't mention an amount.
I would also not put food out if strays are eating it, they may frighten him off.
Try putting a box outside your house with his blanket or one of your tshirts, a familiar smell.
Check with your neighbours; if they have sheds or garages, he could be stuck somewhere.
Good luck.

Like we always say and know from experience, indoor cats usually do not go very far away from home,he could be very close hiding in a neighbors yard.
Make sure you check all your neighbors.
A cat here was missing 2 weeks and was found only 3 houses away, beeing fed by a lady.
Don't give up,I would go to all the shelters often and check for myself, they often have too many cats and I am sure several black/white.
He might possibly have lost his collar.
Oh and check up in trees too,if he got frightened he might be stuck up in a tree.

Yay!!!!!! My husband and I went for another driver like we do every night in search for Willy and we saw a cat a neighbor’s hours 2 streets down that was recently sold so no one was living there currently. When my husband went next to him the cat was afraid and ran. When my husband told me it was Willy my heart nearly dropped. I ran from the car calling his name. He went to the other side of the fence and I thought we had lost him. When I called him luckily he came to me but he still was on the other side of the fence. Luckily the owner of the home on the other side of the fence heard us and came to see what was going on. My husband asked if he could attempt on climbing the fence and she said it was a really old fence and may break but we were allowed to come around. She gave my husband the address and he drove to the other street to get him. When he arrived Willy was still afraid of him but came to me and passed under the fence to my arms. We tanked to owners who said the saw him for a few days but did not call as they said they did not see the bell. Of course it was there but that is besides the fact we have our Willy back and we are so happy. I will post some new pictures for everyone to see. Thank you everyone for your help and support.

Tania.
