just keep an eye on piper, it shouldn't hurt him. There are several member here who feed their dogs straight raw. Actually your dog need some bone in his diet, out of the garbage isn't usually preferable. Hope all is well and welcome to the forum.

I think they may have been cooked.
How's your dog this morning?

Thanks all that replied, I waited for a couple of minutes for some replies and couldn't wait any longer and then I remembered my vet saying when my dogs ate lead:lightbulb: to make them drink 1/2 cup of peroxide to induce vomiting, which I did, and she threw up her dinner plus all the bones! Here I was outside at 12 midnight with a flash light going through her vomit looking for bones:eek:, this AM she is looking and acting fine, thanks all.....russte

Wow, that's some remedy. Did you dilute the hydrogen peroxide?
Glad it worked but wow.

No I didn't dilute it, my vet told me not to, it isn't in their stomach long enough, it was about 3-4 minutes and she threw up, dinner, and the wing bones as well. Poor Piper:dog::sick: She is ok now......russte

We've used hydrogen peroxide in the past, as well. Works like a charm when the dog really really really needs to upchuck that latest delicacy it just enjoyed! *sigh* The dogs are usually a bit unhappy afterward, but they get over it quickly. :D

Glad to hear that Piper made it through unscathed, russte!
