Found: Calgary, AB Adult Female Longhair Tabby Cat

June 4th, 2008, 12:29 AM
We have found a very friendly and affectionate adult female longhair tabbycat and are hoping that somebody is out there looking for her.

She is primarily caramel/light brown in colour, with a black streak going right up her spine. Her face is very "tabby" with big green eyes. She has a long, bushy tail. I'd guess her weight at around eight pounds.

She is not declawed and as far as we can see, has no tattoos or other markings to help us find her owner. Not sure if she has been spayed, but she does not appear to be pregnant or in estrus. Her overall health appears to be excellent.

She makes a cute squeaking sound when she purrs-- which is a lot.

We found this cutie-pie near 13 ave and 2nd st SE in downtown Calgary on May 28. 2008. Please give us a buzz if you think this cat may be yours or may belong to somebody you know, as we would love to be able to return her to her rightful owner.

Thank you for caring for this poor lost kitty.

Have you contacted the local shelters and vet offices to report that you found her? Also, she may be microchipped, have you had her check for one?
