Is it summer yet

Well,we opened our pool(+56F burrrr)the plants are all just about to bloom,here are a couple of pics of our sanctuary:cat:

Beautiful! and not a weed in sight! I'll be looking forward to the same shots when "in bloom". I see you have hostas. I've never had them. Do you think they'd do well in Calif.?

Glasslass,I think Hostas need partial shade,I have quiet a few,one really large bluish one,really beautiful.
Direct sunlight all day,might bleach them out.
I too cannot wait for my flowers,looks like the Poppy will be first.
