Asked a while back if anyone knew why cats react to having their lower back, right above tail, scratched or rubbed. Thanks :) for the responses that I did get, but I am still wondering if anyone knows what this is. Thanks

I can read canine body language alot better than felines but I will try and answer this for you.

there are scent glands here that you are stimulating.

Yes,it makes them feel good!!! My cats will stick their butts in the air,head to the floor and enjoy every minute of it,they also love a massage all down their back....but don't touch tummies!!!
