Is it possible to show what threads have been posted to ?
Most forums I'm on have it set so that it's easy to see which topics I've responded to by way of a different icon, for example :
Unread posts in topic : green dot
Unread posts in topic AND previously responded to : green dot w/ check mark over it
Topic has been read : red dot
Topic has been read AND responded to : red dot w/ check mark over it

On our board we have something very similar. There are 'icons' to the left of every post. What those icons mean is explained at the bottom of every page but they are very similar to what you are used to. For instance, a red envelope means a hot thread (more than x posts) If the envelope is closed in means no new posts. If it's open...new posts etc.
Also to help...if you click Today's posts or New posts from the blue navbar on every page on the BB, you can see the action as it relates to the threads you look at.
Hope that helps!

You have MOST of the same icons, but not the one I'm asking about.
I think my writing was muddled though.
Here's a pair of screenshots to show what I mean.
The blue-tinted shot is from pets.ca.
The yellow-tinted shot is from another vBulletin board.
