Hi everyone
I am new to the forum,
My 4 month old Schnauzer puppy Chewbacca appears to be teething recently, but i also have noticed that he is not eating like he had been. Previously a avid eater, he only eats little bits at a time now. Could this be the teething, or should i be more concerned?
He is chewing on his toys enthusiastically as usual.
Any thoughts?

It could be something (upset tummy, sore gums), but it's hard to say. Is he active? Alert? Happy? Normal stools and urination? Is he eating less or just less enthusiastically...is he still getting the same amount of food in a day? How's his water intake? Does he take treats...have you added more treats to his daily intake? Is he free-fed or do you have established meal times with measured amounts of food?

Our experience with our youngest: Jaida ate like every meal was her last for a few months, she gradually settled down and ate "normally", and now she's super-picky and we practically have to remind her to eat, even if food is right in front of her.
