Hi everyone !

this is my first post and I wanted to put a question out there .

What are everyone's thoughts of feeding dogs a Raw Diet ?

I talked to a Aussie Rescue Group lady the other day
and she feeds all her dogs raw meat / bones .
She told me about a website that talks about it,
but I'm not sure it's ok to post here .
Whatever she told me really made sense about all the
junk that is put into the dry kibble and wet food .

Any thoughts ?

thanks !

I think the ideal diet for both cats and dogs is a raw diet. I mean if you think about it, it's what they've evolved to eat. They don't cook the food they catch in the "wild", and all this highly processed, extremely rendered crap we keep feeding the isn't doing them any favours, despite what the big pet food manufacturers would have you believe.

Here's a good site on raw feeding: http://rawfed.com/

Thanks you guys, for such a quick reply !

The lady told me about www.barfworld.com

Biologically
Appropriate
Raw
Food

You can buy "their" food which is flippen expensive
or make your own .

I just always thought that raw food would make
them sick, but after thinking about the "wild" that
all this really does make sense .

thank you ! thank you !!
