hello. This is Tommys moms mom. My dog is Ebony, the bordercollie/lab.She is doing really great with her training classes. She passed the first course, and she is in the intermediate class. My problem is, she will not quit chasing the cats. Ebony just hasn't figured out that they do NOT want to play with her. No matter what I do, she will not leave them alone. I'm afraid that one day one or both will scratch her . I've tried the spray bottle, saying the " leave it" , but I don't know what else to do. Most of the time, all I hear around the house, is thump, thump, thump as she runs down stairs. Can you imagine how it sounds when a 60 pound dog is charging with no brakes? Anyone out there know how I can stop this ?
