hello everyone,
i am very concerned for my miniture dashound rocky. rocky has had diaria for two days with blood . rocky has been to a vet and they can find nothing wrong. rocky has not eaten in two days . he is on a diet from vet but still does not eat . rocky is not overweight he is losing weight due to this problem. rock has had his parvo shot. please help before it is to late.

Maybe get a 2nd opinion?

What tests did the vet do? Blood? Stool? Did the vet show you the test results?

What is his diet? If grocery store food, try a better food or feed raw.

Sorry to say, vet food is not very tasty. My cats won't touch it. I agree with Ceara, find him some good quality canned food (not grocery food), or try boiled chicken and rice for a few days.
It would help if we knew what the vet said.
Could your dog have eaten something nasty? Daschunds are such garbage cans.

Can you give us more information? I also would like to know what tests the vet did? And, did he/she send you home with vet food but not medication for Rocky?
