ontario animal abuse legeslation

so the fiberals where supposed to introduce a stiffer animal abuse bill today.....i can find no mention?....another fib :rolleyes:

wd..I think they were looking at Bill C373 but not sure how it ended up. I heard somewhere it was close to being passed...something like second reading or something? But I think that was back in Jan 08.. The bill is named after Queen Waldorf in Niagara Falls..
