dog in distress

hi i have a pomchi, 5 days ago she started to pant and not like she usually is..just kind of quiet..took her to the vet and was given medication. 48 hours later no change..so back to the vet who said no bowel blockage because temp was the same..no vomitting, no pooping..stayed in hospital for two nights..change of medication.
Came home and situation seems to have not gotten any better..she ate and now seems to be really distressed.
we are back to the vet first thng in the morning even tho its Sunday here and after hour rates will app;y

has anyone else had a dog acting like this //any ideas would be great..our vet is good but can't seem to find any problems with her..so sent her home over the weekend to see how she did..

Did your vet mention what they suspected?

You mention she ate........was it the normal amount & manner of eating?

Is she drinking as normal?

Has she been spayed & vaccinated?

What did they check for?

Can you not take her into the emergency vet Now? since you say "now seems to be really distressed"

What tests did the vet do? Any xrays or ultrasound done?

Maybe get a second opinion. A second pair of eyes never hurts.
