Influenza cannot be passed to humans. Ringworm can be passed from animals to humans and it is highly contagious. It is a fungus from the earth and takes 3 months to eliminate.

parasites can living in any host . but i know cats and dogs will not get ya sick from the flu. other like single cell organism can harm humans also
