He's no longer running for President here in the US, and I would not have voted for him anyway. However, had I been thinking about it, this would have certainly changed my vote.

This man is obviously emotionally detached.

Then there's Huckabee, who interferred with the investigation of his son torturing and killing a dog at Boy Scout camp in 1998: http://hslf.typepad.com/political_animal/2007/12/the-presidentia.html

Here's more info on where the remaining candidates stand on animal welfare issues: http://www.fund.org/voter_guide/2008_pres_candidates.html

People in power really think they should be above the law. What I found really disgusting was his chief of staff didn't think police should investigate what happens at a Boy's Scout Camp, well, it is not where the crime happens, but what crime happens. Wonder if the son takes after his father?

Yep, I read that. What great kids he's raising. And with all the bragging he does about what a "good religious person" he is, he goes and does that?

Hypocrite that's what he is, and an animal abuser.
