4 months old-Nose always dry

I have a 4 month old German Shorthaired Puppy, his nose is always dry, someone had mentioned that it might be because he is teething. He eats and drinks fine and is quite hyper. Is it normal?

To the best of my knowledge, it's a myth that a dog's nose is an indicator of health. My dogs' noses can be dripping wet or dry as a bone, and it has no relationship to their health. Very generally speaking, if they are eating, drinking, peeing/pooping normally, and have their normal level of activity, those are signs of good health.
With the teething, you'll see red, puffy gums, a desire to chew on things (make sure you have lots of chew toys appropriate for teething puppies), maybe some bad breath and drooling. Watch for any retained baby teeth as they start to fall out (it takes a few months for all of them).
