We adopted a new golden girl on Friday night. She was in our local newspaper for $50.00 and not the best situation. We took her home right then and there. She is 7-yrs old, obedient, healthy and just a sweetheart. We feel we hit the jackpot! She is fitting in well and my other girls welcomed her with no problems. Now if she would just not take THEIR woobies out the backyard with her, all will be good!! :p
Here are a couple pics.

No time for her, slept in the garage during the day, laundry room on a pillow at night. Didn't like the hair. Same old story.....
They are coming to see her this week, can't wait to show her in our living room and I will even try to get her up on the couch!
She won't come up the stairs because she was never allowed. I have to bribe her. All that will come in time. She doesn't need a leash, nothing. Very obedient and just a joy.

What is amazing is that it is a normal, typical day....
Then Bam! We have a new dog in our family to call our own! It is just incredible what life throws you sometimes and we are thrilled that it has happened this way. Lets read the classified ads for a change in our paper, oh look, a golden for $50.00, lets go get her! Hubby agrees and the rest is history.
