Cardinals first, then we'll go to the woodpecker and nuthatches and then the chicadees who weren't really cooperating with me taking pics, but I got a couple anyway.

:laughing: How'd you get that red-breasted nuthatch to smile into the camera like that? :D

Chickadees and red-breasted nuthatches are my favorite feeder birds this time of year--they're so obligingly tame! :lovestruck:

Really good shots! I have the same birds here (+ junkos, a finch type and mourning doves) but never get pics like that :frustrated:

The ones with the black and white heads are nuthatches? I have those here too had no idea what they were... the cats loooove to watch them though!
