How to choose Puppy food or Adult Food?

Hi,
My mom has a shepoo his name is Lucky he is 7 months now. He likes the adult food that I give to my dog is it ok for Lucky to switch foods to adult food? My moms dog is so cute Lucky (http://dogspaws.wordpress.com/category/lucky/). The vet says Lucky is too small for adult food but he doesnt really eat the puppy food.

There are brands out there that are made for "all life stages". What are you and your mom feeding both your dogs now? :pawprint:

IMHO you'd do both dogs well to find them a better quality kibble.

Small dogs don't need to switch till they are a year.

My dog is a large breed and was switched to adult at 6 months.This was recomended by my breeder.

Now may be a good time to think about a natural wholesome diet for your dog. HAve you ever considered making your own dog food? :thumbs up
