I have a two year old male cat that has siesures on a relative regular basis, and now he is bleeding from his penis, is severely distended and won't urinate. He won't eat, only drinks a small amount of water, and is in obvious distress. I do not have a facility open near me until tomorrow... any ideas about what I can do for him at home until I can get him to a vet? Thank you for your help...

Welcome..is there an emergency vet nearby? you need to get him to one now! Bleeding from the penis is a serious sign! Please do whatever you can to get him there!

Sounds like it could be a urinary blockage, which can be fatal if not attended to immediately.

If you don't get him to a vet ASAP he could die. Do anything you can, look up your vet's home number and call it. Maybe your vet's office has contact info on their voicemail?
