Question on dog food?

Well, I betcha you've heard this question before!

What type of dog food do you all recommend?

With the recent problems with dog food I worry about what is the best food to feed my 3 dogs.

My 4 year old Pom Cody is on Wellness.
My 2 Sheltie pups are still on Purina Puppy Chow. The food they were on when I got them.
I hear alot of bad things about Purina puppy Chow and want to switch them to a good food.
Basically one I can trust!

Would any of you recommend the Wellness Puppy Chow?

How do you know which one is safe anymore?????

When i asked my vet what she fed her dogs she said, "Purina Pro Plan". However what I have read about this food is not all that good either!

Wellness is a good brand and I would definitely switch the pups to their puppy formula. Other good brands are Innova (www.naturapet.com), Canidae (www.canidae.com), Go Natural (www.petcurean.com) and my favourite is Orijen (www.championpetfoods.com).
