Cat with a sore in each ear

Light colored 12 year old cat, lives in Florida - A couple of months ago noticed "one sore with white scab" inside both ears in the identical location - the "pinna". Taken cat to vet - extensive blood work done - nothing indicated abnormal by tests. Also cat has licked an area on one of her front legs - - raw. Vet scraped skin - checked under microscope - can't figure out why cat is licking it.

Now I just noticed same cat has developed some "dark brown" spots on her pink nose.

What is happening? Vet indicates next step is a steroid shot to calm down the area on the leg. I'm concerned the spots on her ears are skin cancer.

If you took her to the vet and had blood work done, I'm assuming if she has cancer it would have come up in the tests.

But maybe they need to to like a scrap of that area and check it out.
