Pup with A Cold?

I have a 8 month old chihuahua that has had all her shots, but is coughing, sneezing, has runny nose, etc. All the symptoms of a human cold. Is this something that happens?? I have had many dogs over the years, but never have I had one that have mimicked a human cold.......

She is eating fine and seems to have a normal amount of energy. She does want cuddles and loves and is her normal fiesty self with the other dogs (she is the boss.....LOL)
