Not too long , he's not matted because I brush him 2-3 times a week, right now I should be brushing him everyday because he's shedding for winter. Mostly chunks in the rear end :D but I trimmed him yesterday and will try do trim some more today. I would love to get him to the groomers but it's $70.00 for a golden ...

shredy November 5th, 2007, 12:38 AM As far as the furminator goes, I already have a shedding blade (does the same thing) and a regular brush. Shade had the same undercoat and year round shedding, so I am ready!!!
