Lukka'sma November 3rd, 2007, 12:29 PM A cabin like one of these would be a dream life for hubby and I.
What most people would call a run down shack, I would call a dream home

Actually it's in the Pioneer Village at Fanshawe Conservation Area here in London. They are closed for the season so the workers allowed us to take Lukka in and snap a couple of pics of her in the cabins.

Waiting for hubby to retire. Seven more years and off we go to the wilds of Northern Ontario, anywhere outside of Hearst, Kap area, as long as it's deserted and all we have around us are the little woodland creatures:D
mummummum November 3rd, 2007, 07:59 PM I hear ya ! I would love to live off the grid myself :thumbs up
Frenchy November 3rd, 2007, 08:02 PM I love it ! I myself wish I could find a "house" like that one .... I knew someone who bought a sugar shack and made a house out of it, in the woods , up in a mountain. It was beautiful ! :cloud9:
rainbow November 3rd, 2007, 11:24 PM I'd love it too but my cabin would definitely have to be a wee bit bigger than the pic. :D
otter November 4th, 2007, 09:26 PM Uhm, Lukka'sma, you're welcome to make an offer on this sweet cabin (my house!).
rainbow November 5th, 2007, 12:51 AM And it comes with great scenery and super places for dogs to play. :cloud9:
otter November 5th, 2007, 11:27 AM one small problem... all that great scenery and wonderful places for dogs to play means work on the house never gets done!:yell:
Old cabin = constant construction
